How it works

One clear route from first message to hospital handover.

Carenomi keeps the practical work visible and bounded. You decide what to share; the hospital decides whether it can accept the visit and what clinical care is appropriate.

Public scope reviewed 7 October 2026.

01

Start with a free first conversation

Tell us the destination, timing, language, known hospital or visit type, and what practical support would make the trip easier. The public form does not need a full medical record.

02

Share relevant materials privately

After initial contact, we agree a suitable channel for relevant case or travel materials. Do not send passport numbers, full records or imaging files through the public form.

03

Receive an initial coordination plan

We clarify the practical route, likely steps, language support, timing assumptions, city availability and who is responsible for each action.

04

Confirm the scope in writing

Paid work starts only after the service scope, dates, available coordinator, fees, cancellation terms and third-party costs are confirmed in writing.

What remains with the hospital

Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, doctor availability, appointment acceptance, admission, hospital charges and medical records remain with the licensed provider.

What remains with you

You choose whether to proceed, which materials to share, and whether to authorise updates to a family member or other contact.
