The first conversation is free. The reference amounts below describe the core service scope shown on the public site. A written confirmation controls the final scope, dates, third-party costs, cancellation terms and payment schedule.
Visit & process coordination · US$199
One patient, one hospital and one appointment request through the official channel. Includes a practical needs review, written checklist, official-channel coordination and a responsibility map. No on-site accompaniment.
First arrival reception · US$199
One arrival meeting and city handover, up to two hours from the agreed meeting time. Vehicle costs, waiting extensions and hotel charges are separate.
Bilingual hospital companion · US$299
One patient at one hospital for an agreed hospital day, with practical English–Chinese support, process and document checks, and a post-visit action summary.
Multi-day private journey · from US$2,999
A tailored multi-day itinerary with daily support, airport transfer coordination, planned-visit coordination and room reservations. Accommodation charges are not included.
Always separate
Hospital, doctor, examination, medication, treatment, transport, hotel, visa, insurance and other supplier charges are not Carenomi service fees. Hospital charges are paid directly to the hospital or licensed provider.
