Before you book
The important questions, answered plainly.
The service boundary should be as clear as the practical help. These answers reflect the current public scope and reference fees.
Public scope reviewed 7 October 2026.
Can you recommend a doctor or treatment?
No. We can help you understand official hospital information and contact the appropriate public channel. We do not diagnose, rank doctors or recommend treatment.
Can you guarantee an appointment, specialist or bed?
No. We can coordinate through official channels and prepare the required information, but schedules, acceptance, fees and admission are confirmed only by the hospital.
What is included in the service fee?
The written quote lists the exact scope. Depending on the plan, this may include planning, coordination, on-site support, language assistance and an administrative summary. Hospital and third-party charges are separate.
Who pays the hospital?
You pay medical, examination, medication and hospital charges directly to the hospital or licensed provider. Carenomi does not collect hospital treatment fees.
What should I send in the first message?
Start with dates, language, destination, known hospital or visit type and the practical support you need. Do not upload passport numbers, full medical records or imaging files to the public form.
Do you handle emergencies or nursing care?
No. For severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, call 120 or go directly to an emergency department. Carenomi does not provide emergency triage, nursing or clinical care.
Which languages and cities are available?
The initial service is English and Chinese across Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing, subject to prior confirmation. Other languages or cities may be assessed separately.
Can I request a remote appointment before travelling?
You can request coordination for a hospital's remote appointment. The hospital decides whether it can accept the case and what clinical fees apply. Administrative coordination is quoted separately.
Do you issue visas or hospital invitation letters?
No. We can help assemble an official-source checklist and request relevant documents from the hospital. Authorities decide visas and entry; hospitals decide whether to issue their own documents.
How are fees confirmed?
The first consultation is free. We confirm the service scope, dates, available coordinator and fee in writing before paid work begins. The listed prices are reference amounts for core services.
