Service terms

Carenomi provides independent, non-clinical support. It is not a hospital, doctor, nursing provider, insurer, emergency service or travel agency, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, triage or nursing.

Acceptance, appointments, clinician schedules, beds, charges and medical decisions are confirmed by the hospital or licensed provider. No appointment, bed, visa or treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Medical charges are paid directly to the hospital. Carenomi service fees are quoted separately. Transport, hotel, visa and insurance charges belong to the relevant supplier.

Before booking, a written agreement must specify the scope, hours, cancellation and refund conditions, overtime and third-party costs. Preparing a website inquiry does not create a booking or charge.

Reference service prices dated 2026-09-16 apply to the core scope shown on the website. Proposed cancellation terms: a full service-fee refund before work starts; after work starts, only agreed completed work is chargeable, with the unused balance refundable. Supplier cancellation costs are confirmed separately. A signed agreement governs the final terms. Later price changes do not alter an accepted valid written quote.

Remote-appointment and visa-document services are coordination only. Hospitals control acceptance, teleconsultation and their documents; authorities control visas and entry. Website requests, estimates and checklists do not guarantee appointments, invitation letters, visas or entry.

The operating entity, data-handling arrangements and final contractual terms must be confirmed before accepting bookings. This notice is not a booking agreement.
